As for those cannabis patients that do not need almost instant relief, it seems to me that I recall a host of other ways that can be found, many where big pharma has no possible stake.

Like say a cookie, or maybe one of Dennis Peron’s Chocolate Dream bars dipped into some fresh cannabis peanut butter, or perhaps as a pesto on your pasta. My favorite form of the medicine, ‘supra tincture’ . extremely quick acting, relief can be had in minutes, and when used as a multi dosage per day, the effects can last 24/7, so that waiting to get relief is no longer an issue.

What is the meaning of all this? We must not allow fear to take us off our true course, even when it is justified to be afraid.

Yes, forces in the world will attempt to make synthetics of each and every cannabinoid that exists, and every combination of them . As I recall, of the sixty or so that have been isolated, over ten have already been made into synthetics.

Should big pharma count the remaining fifty of them, and then count all the different combinations they can appear in, and then multiply by ten thousand, for all the strains that are said to exist in the world, they will
have a whole lot of lab work ahead of them.

I say, why try to stop them? While the enlightened go with the natural sources, big pharma will try to muscle in with their synthetics, but then is this really any different then what we have seen before in other situations.

The solution will be to insist that a choice between the synthetics and natural sources remains the patients. This will mean more patient coop’s to offset the oncoming corporate Rx wave, and enough support in Congress to protect the coop as a form of access.

To say it in one sentence, do not fear, but be certain to remember, that cannabis politics is a permanent
campaign.
