    I think I might need to steal your list. I expect my kids to respect others, always. I tell them they don’t have to agree with someone, but they absolutely must respect their opinions. My other expectations are your typical mom things. Out of the eight, I would say that seven do their best to follow along and not push the envelope too often. The eighth makes it is lifes goal to not only push the envelope but set it on fire to make his point.

        I don’t have children myself, but I’m pretty sure I’ll follow my parents guidelines when it comes to parenting. Their “rule” is pretty simple. You love and respect all those around you, and treat them in that manner. Its pretty broad, but it covers everything if you think about it.
