I just had a hunch that I should check here for a blog. Good thing I did. I’m going to miss your blogs on Xanga, but as much as I do, the fact that you’re here is a great step up. It’s blogging on your own terms, with your own rules. I wish sometimes that I can aford myself the luxury of blogging my way.

listen, you need to come back. did you realize your poem got more votes than everyone else’s? and no one even knew it was you. the contest still has 2 more rounds till the final battle, but i expect yours to win. you can fucking write, girl. i quit worrying about the “xanga comuntiy’ years ago. i write when i feel like it, for myself and for my friends…not ‘xanga’. i don’t care about the so called ‘community’. but when you look at the numbers, all the other blog services, despite having more members, have far fewer people reading and responding to posts. sad but true, xang *is* the home for writers on the net.
